Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of jordan-taxi.com and the transfer and tour services booked through it. By sending a booking request or confirming a booking, you accept them.

What we do

jordan-taxi.com, operated by Golden Web (Jordan), arranges private transfers, day trips, and custom tours across Jordan with licensed, English speaking professional drivers.

Quotes and bookings

You send a request through the site, and we reply by email with a fixed price in Jordanian Dinars (JD). A booking exists only once you confirm it through the confirmation link in our email. Until then, nothing is binding for either side.

Payment

There is no online payment. You pay the driver directly, in cash, on the day of the trip, at the price we confirmed. For return trips with waiting time, the waiting rate is agreed in advance as part of your quote.

Airport pickups

If you give us your flight number, your driver tracks the flight and waits if it is delayed, at no extra charge for normal delays.

Changes and cancellations

Plans change, and we keep this simple: you may change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. For later cancellations or a no show, we may ask for compensation of the driver's costs. Change requests depend on driver availability, and we will always try.

Our role and liability

Drivers are independent, licensed operators. We arrange the service and stand behind the agreed price and pickup, but we are not liable for events outside our control, such as road closures, weather, or border delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate trip details, carry valid travel documents, and treat the driver and vehicle with respect. The driver may refuse transport in case of dangerous or abusive behaviour, without refund.

Website

The content of this site belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use or misuse the site, for example by sending fake booking requests.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes belong to the courts of Jordan.
