Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your data.

This policy explains what personal data jordan-taxi.com collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain language: you should not need a lawyer to understand how we treat your data.

Who we are

jordan-taxi.com is operated by Golden Web, a company registered in Jordan. For anything related to your data, write to info@jordan-taxi.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to arrange your trip:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and whether that number uses WhatsApp.
  • Trip details: route, dates, times, number of travellers, luggage, flight number and airline for airport pickups, and any notes you add.
  • Correspondence: the emails we exchange about your booking.
  • Technical data: cookies needed for the site to work. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them.

Why we collect it

We use your data to answer your request, prepare your price, arrange your driver, and stay in touch before and during your trip. We do not use it for anything else. We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your data.

Who sees it

Your assigned driver receives your name, phone number, pickup details, and flight number, because he needs them to meet you. Our email runs on Google Workspace, so our correspondence is processed by Google under their security terms. No one else receives your data unless the law requires it.

Payments

We take no online payments and we never see or store card numbers. You pay your driver directly.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records and correspondence for as long as we need them to manage bookings and meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless a legal duty requires us to keep part of it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • see the data we hold about you,
  • correct it,
  • delete it,
  • or stop using it.

Write to info@jordan-taxi.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, these rights follow from the GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
